According to recent estimates, there are more than 210 million orphans worldwide. Each day, 5,760 more children become orphans. Sweet Sleep is a faith-based nonprofit organization which exists to share God’s love by providing beds to the world’s orphaned and abandoned children.
At least 10% of all profits from sales of Laughing Tree Lullabies goes to support the work of Sweet Sleep.

I just found out by a friendly comment on my NPR at EV blog post that the National Public Radio/Marketplace story about English Village aired today in the States.
